Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role as a Behavioral Health Technician at Wright Therapy Services, LLC located in Franklin, TN. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and assisting in the delivery of applied behavior analysis services to clients. Additionally, you will be collaborating with the clinical team and participating in team meetings to discuss treatment progress and goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention techniques
• Understanding of psychology principles
• Excellent observation and data collection skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience working with children and adolescents
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
