Fairfax, VA group medical practice seeks Human Resources Generalist to assume responsiblities for recruitment, retention, benefits administration, performance evaluation and improvement. This person will work directlywith the senior management team of the practice.

Specific duties of the Human Resources Generalist:

• Recruiting for a variety of positions including clinical and administratve staff
• On and off-boarding of employees including benefits enrollment and maintenence.
• Performance management including assisting with performance appraisals and corrective action plans as needed.
• Ongoing training for employee retention and engagement.
• Benefits administration.
• Conflict resolution.

Requirement for the Human Resources Generalist:

• Bachelors degree in human resources or related discipline
• SHRM training and/or certificate a plus
• Three or more years of Human resources experience. Human Resources experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability and willingness to travel to multiple offices.
