Metropolitan Healthcare Services is Hiring a Sonographer Near Fairfax, VA
Descriptionlace of Performance: The work to be performed under this contract will be at CRDAMC, Fort Cavazos, TX – Department of Radiology
The current task order ends 3/31/2025. May be extended. TBD. Yearlong commitment (unless task order is not extended).
Please note credentialing and security clearance can take 6-8 weeks.
Education: Graduate from an academic program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the AMA.
Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Must be certified by either the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) or the American Registry of Clinical Radiography Technologists.
Experience: At least one year of experience as a radiologic technologist, with experience in Sonography, within the past two years.
Hours of Performance: The performance hours of the MTF are as follows:
The MTF is a 24/7 facility therefore hours of performance shall be as set forth by the applicable Department Chief or his/her designated Government representative. The contractor shall provide services for average work week of 40 hours per week as scheduled, Sunday through Saturday
including Weekends, Federal holidays, and Training holidays. Normal shifts will be up to twelve (12) hour shifts including nights and/or weekends.
Legal Authorization to Work in the United States: HCWs performing under this
contract must be a U.S. Citizen
