Pacific Manufacturing Ohio is Hiring a Human resource specialist Near Fairfield, OH

Position : This Staffing Specialist position will assist in the daily operation of the Human Relations Department in a 900-employee tier one Japanese owned automotive supply company.

The specific duties and qualifications are as follows :

Responsibilities

  • Employee relations and problem resolution.
  • Recruiting and hiring of regular full-time employees.
  • Plan company events.
  • Administer company vehicle program.
  • Disciplinary action administration and tracking.
  • Unemployment compensation administration.
  • Represent company at job fairs and other recruiting sites.
  • Design & coordinate recognition programs & awards.
  • Assist with completing of yearly performance appraisals.
  • Track and maintain resumes and applications.
  • Ensure EEO compliance and maintain EEO-1 documentation.

Qualifications :

oKnowledge of payroll software and Paycor experience is preferred.

oKnowledge of timekeeping system. TOD is preferred.

oHR certification and / or some collegiate HR coursework is helpful.

oExperience to recruit and hire employees of all disciplines.

oBilingual Spanish or French is preferred.
