Job Summary:
The Automotive Sales Manager at Auffenberg Ford O'Fallon is responsible for overseeing and managing the sales operations at our dealership in O'Fallon, Illinois. This is a full-time, management role in the automotive industry with a compensation potential of $100,000 per year. The Sales Manager will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales objectives and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day sales operations at the dealership, including setting sales goals, developing strategies to achieve goals, and monitoring sales performance.
- Train, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed sales objectives and provide excellent customer service.
- Create and implement sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency and increase sales.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and work to resolve any customer concerns.
- Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to inform decision-making.
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new sales team members.
Requirements:
-- Previous experience in automotive sales, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software.
- Must be able to work weekends and occasional evenings.
