The service drive assistant plays a critical role in our service drive to assist in the daily operations of the department. This is a great opportunity to start and grow a career in the automotive industry! This position is at our dealership in St. Croix Falls, WI.

Service Drive Assistant Responsibilities:

· Provide the level of customer service that meets the standard of excellence that Johnson Motors and Ford are known for

· Moving and staging vehicles for maintenance services

· Inputting labor items and repair stories on repair orders

· Answering phones as needed

· Loaner vehicle management

· Assist service advisors with daily warranty claims

· Other duties as assigned based on the needs of the department
