Pearl Interactive Network is seeking to hire a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will promote strategies to proactively attract, source, interview, and select candidates with the right talent based on defined skill sets.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist achieves staffing objectives by establishing external referral relationships, and utilizing strategic sourcing methodology in order to pursue the best active and passive candidates.

- Rate : $22 - $25 per hour (DOE)

Operating Hours : 8 am - 5 pm EST, Monday - Friday with evening and weekend flexibility based on recruiting objectives and timelines.
Terms : This is a short-term (minimum 6 months) assignment with the option to extend based on business needs and performance.
Must be available June - December.
Technical Equipment, and Remote Office Requirements :
