Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Advanced Practice Provider at FirstHealth of the Carolinas located in Fayetteville, NC. The Advanced Practice Provider will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to primary care, critical care medicine, emergency medicine, and nursing practices. The role will involve providing comprehensive healthcare services to patients and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

  • PA must be a graduate of an AMA approved Physician Assistant program and have NCCPA certification. 
  • NP must be a graduate of a nurse practitioner education program and have national certification.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience treating all ages in an urgent care/Emergency Medicine setting is required, 3 years of experience is highly desired.
  • Must be able to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, and discretion in decision making.
  • Clean background, unrestricted NC PA/NP license, NC DEA, AHA BLS certification, and DOT certification required.
