What you'll do
Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure production requirements and revenue goals are met. Ensure all employees are trained; set quality outcomes and goals; organize and assign work; maintain a safe, productive and motivational working climate. Set example for subordinates.
What you'll bring
- High school or GED equivalent.
- Five years’ experience in a distribution warehouse environment, plus three years in a lead or equivalent position.
- Boeing manufacturing related experience.
- Aerospace specific related experience.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
