Augusta Health is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Consultant Near Fishersville, VA

SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition Consultant ("Recruiter") is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: recruiting, screening, and recommending staff placement using creative sourcing methods (internal and external). Preference will be given to on-site/locally capable candidates. However, hybrid and remote candidates will also be evaluated.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience required.

Education Desired

  • Relevant HR certification.
  • Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field.

Experience Requirements

  • 1-year professional level experience in a recruiting role to include some compensation experience, preferably in healthcare or another complex environment.
  • Prior experience with HRIS

Experience Desired

  • 3-5 years of professional-level experience in a recruiting role. Experience in other functions of Human Resources

  • Understands and processes complex information and exercises sound judgment, considering the situation, the issues, the key players, and the levels of authority involved. Proposes courses of action that further the objectives, priorities, and vision of the organization.
