Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Oversee administrative staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure maximum productivity
- Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks, including and
- Utilize principles to maintain accurate financial records
- Conduct activities to track expenses and revenues

- Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial transactions
