Calvary Robotics/Dove Co-Pack is seeking a Production Manager for our Cannabis Packaging site in Fitchburg, MA. The Production Manager is responsible for all processes that affect the production and packaging of product for store/wholesale fulfillment. This includes flower packing into Jars and Pouches, Vape Cart Filling, Pre-rolling, trimming, sorting, packaging, remediation, quality control of product and process and any other touchpoints before product is put into inventory. Verification of all labels, inventory quantities, demand fulfillment, data, and KPIs of production. They will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the process department. The Production Manager is also responsible for all reporting and communication internally to fulfill Inventory Control demand in accordance with all Cannabis Control Commission of Massachusetts and other government regulations. They will ensure all packaging activities and metrics are recorded in the ERP system and maintained daily.

This role will be indoors working with individuals the majority of the time. The role requires significant attention to detail, verification of data, MS Office Suite skills (especially MS Excel), advanced METRC experience, intermediate understanding of HR, strong management and leadership skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
