Korn Ferry has partnered with a well-known, growing manufacturing solutions company HQ in their search for a newly created Senior Accountant opportunity. This position will be based in the Florence, KY area and offers succession planning to the Assistant Controller seat long term!
As the Senior Accountant, you will partner with the Assistant Controller with the G/L, month-end close, regulatory requirements, compliance with accounting principles, helping to create synergies with new policies and procedures, upgrading internal controls for recent acquisitions, and much more. You will report directly to the Assistant Controller and be an important part of a growing team.

Skills Needed:
- Experience with technical accounting or public accounting is strongly desired in this role.
- Understanding of intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and balance sheet.
- Consolidations experience a plus
- Critical thinking, process improvement mindset
Educational & Work Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
- CPA helpful
- 4 years of experience in either public accounting or more complex G/L accounting
- ERP and solid Excel skills
