```Duties```
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary information for billing purposes
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of medical information
- Assist with medical record management, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a receptionist in a dental or medical office preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with patients, staff, and visitors
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems with templating skills, a plus.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing patient records and billing information
