TITLE: HVAC Helper
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma.
- Sufficient education to carry out verbal and written instructions.
- Demonstrated aptitude for successful completion of the performance responsibilities listed below.
REPORTS TO: Heating/Air Conditioning Supervisor
JOB GOAL: To assist in the maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists in installing components such as motors, compressors, and controls.
- Assists in providing preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Assists with repair or replacement of HVAC equipment.
- Participates in in-service for self-development.
- Drives district vehicles as needed.
- Other duties as requested.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 260-day work agreement.
EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on evaluation of classified personnel.
