Assistant Project Manager / Project Engineer – Substation
We are looking for a full-time Assistant Project Manager / Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of high voltage construction – specifically Electrical Transmission & Distribution, Substation Construction & Maintenance – and have 2-6 years of experience in the field.
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting the Project Manager with the planning, scheduling, and execution of substation projects
- Preparing and managing project budgets
- Coordinating with subcontractors and vendors
- Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Maintaining project documentation
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- 2-6 years of experience in substation construction and maintenance
- Strong understanding of high voltage construction
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
