Location: Flower Mound, TX - Up to 35% travel requiredKey Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced process control systems and related software applications.
- Manage and maintain automated production systems and related equipment.
- Carry out performance analysis and troubleshooting to optimize production processes.
- Develop and implement predictive control strategies and algorithms.
- Develop and validate control systems for new processes.
- Monitor and analyze process data in order to make informed decisions and improvements.
- Provide technical support and advice on process control technologies.
- Develop and document safety and control systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 5 years of experience in process control engineering.
- Strong experience with model predictive control, product handling, and programming PLCs.
- Knowledge of SCADA, MES, temperature dynamics, fluid dynamics, and flow.
- Knowledge of the food industry is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
