• Maintaining the pristine condition of our building and grounds, ensuring a secure and impeccably organized environment.
• Conducting essential maintenance and repairs to guarantee the seamless operation of our facility.
• Handling tools and equipment with utmost care and precision.
• Addressing minor repairs involving handrails, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, beds, wheelchairs, geri-chairs, electrical equipment, sprinkling systems, generators, emergency lighting, fire alarms, and extinguishers.
• Regularly changing HVAC equipment filters to ensure optimal performance.
