Overview:
We are looking for social, energetic, positive, and knowledgeable people to join our team here at Buttermilk Sky Pie Shop. Mainly looking for Team Members with weekend availability.

Our hourly Team Members work the cashier position, prepare pies, and work in the kitchen and dish areas.

Responsibilities:
- Has good judgement of our pies, cookies and mercantile items, and catering or packaging options
- Handle food in compliance with food safety procedures
- Assist in basic food tasks, including assembly of pies, decorating and preparing crust
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Interact with customers in a friendly, positive, and efficient manner
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately

Experience:
- Prior experience in the food industry is preferred
- Strong math skills, including basic math calculations
- Knowledge of culinary techniques is a plus
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Experience in customer service roles is beneficial
- Familiarity with food safety regulations in a restaurant setting
