I am hiring a temporary Recruiter for a manufacturing company that I work with in Fort Atkinson. (This is a contracted role up to 6 months in duration) This role is fully onsite.
Job Duties:
- ATS Management
- Posting positions
- Reviewing Resumes
- Sending resumes to hiring managers
- Phone screens
- Scheduling interviews
- Put together offers
- There will be a lot of administrative duties due to the oversight that they have
- Lots of checks and balances - From recruit to hire
- Drug test, background
- Then hand off to the HR admin
- Will be involved and guiding the whole interview process. Industrial is PS, onsite, then offer - typically 1-2 weeks
- Average volume of 30 requisitions at a time
Must Have:
- Recruitment - can be agency and or corporate - corp might be better so it wouldn’t be a culture shock
- ATS involvment - they use Rival but person will know how to organize and navigate some type of ATS system
