High Growth Opportunity:

The Marketing Coordinator will assist in developing high-impact strategic launches and sustain plans for critical new markets to drive maximum awareness and leverage the strengths of bb.q Chicken brand.

They will support the development of a new market entry strategy and existing store advertising. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in generating an annual promotional calendar, media strategy, and channel-specific growth plans to maximize launch year sales and subsequent year-on-year growth under the Marketing Manager. The marketing Coordinator will be required to go on business trips to the different markets within the U.S. Potentially into Latin America, to support the Marketing manager and Senior Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

- Assist Marketing Execution for the U.S. market.

- Work with Design team and Operations team to ensure Marketing standard.

- Assist market-wide promotions planning and programs to drive sales, traffic, and digital engagement

- Report to Marketing Manager for daily duties

- Support Quarterly Marketing Business review for internal C-Suite meeting

- Assist in marketing event execution, such as Grand Opening Day and brand activation

- Work closely with marketing and advertising agency partners

- This is an entry-level position. No experience required.

Preferred Experience:

- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required

- Fluent in English, Korean speaking is preferred but not required

- Knowledge of brand marketing strategy, media, innovation protocols, research and financial acumen.

- Ability to build relationships, manage and influence franchisees, and cross-functional peers to achieve strategic objectives.

- 3 years of restaurant experience is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
