Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of paid house cleaning experience
3 professional and 3 personal references
Proficiency in English and Spanish
Access to transportation and cleaning supplies ( eco-friendly natural products )
Business Liability Insurance (or willingness to acquire)
You dictate your availability, preferred locations, and accepted types of cleaning tasks. We'll regularly dispatch job offers tailored to your specifications.
Whether you seek full-time or part-time engagement, we have you covered. We oversee advertising, estimations, scheduling, and billing, allowing you to concentrate solely on cleaning. You'll earn 50% of each assignment, amounting to $20-$25 per cleaning hour.
You can retain your existing client base while teaming up with us to broaden your horizons. Commence immediately – interviews and background screenings typically conclude within a few days.
Please bear in mind: Maria's Green Cleaning Residential Cleaning does not serve as your employer; you'll function as an independent house cleaner.

This opportunity may not be suitable for those in immediate pursuit of full-time employment. While we endeavor to furnish as many cleaning assignments as possible upon commencement, we cannot guarantee 40 hours of work immediately.
