What We're Looking ForCross River is seeking a Treasury Analyst/Associate to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for finance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of Treasury models and monthly reporting, including balance sheet modelling and stress testing
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Work with business units to develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
- Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information
- Assist with the preparation of presentations for senior management and Board of Directors
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and analyses as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of financial statements and financial analysis techniques is a plus
