Confidential is Hiring an Administrative coordinator Near Fort Mill, SC

We are looking for someone, preferably bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.

This role will be the first point of contact for customers, vendors, staff, and the public. In addition to front office responsibilities, this person will support the Accounting, HR, and Service Departments.

Responsibilities

Greeting customers, vendors, and staff in a positive, energetic manner.

Answer a multiline phone system quickly and efficiently with the ability to respond to common inquiries and direct calls / emails to the appropriate staff member.

Assist with the intake of leak and maintenance calls and the setting up of work orders in Dataforma.

Entering invoices into the accounting system, ensuring they are coded to the correct cost center and balanced.

Review and sort incoming purchase orders and invoices for management approval.

Manage office supply and kitchen inventory, reordering as needed. This also includes overseeing and coordinating maintenance for all office equipment and maintaining the front office, lobby, and break room neatness.

Other assigned projects / tasks as needed, as well as the desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
