The Senior Communications Consultant - Office of the CTIO - possesses the knack for transforming tactical content into compelling narratives through adept writing, PowerPoint presentations, video scripts, and executive correspondence.
Their role is vital in bringing to life the remarkable achievements of our skilled Technologists, showcased through Town Halls, wide-reaching technology communications, and impactful videos.
Reporting to the AVP, Executive Communications, this role offers crucial support in executive communications for the CTIO, collaborating closely with team members, vendor partners, and internal stakeholders to brainstorm ideas and ensure successful project outcomes.
Additionally, they will collaborate with Client's Social Media team to craft weekly content for the CTIO. The primary focus lies in crafting engaging technology narratives through written communication and user experience design, further enhanced by collaborating with our Clients Productions team to translate these stories into captivating videos.
Staying abreast of technology trends and developments within the Client is essential to foster innovation and see projects through from conception to delivery.
Strong project management skills are indispensable in maintaining the momentum of content and communication creation.Responsibilities : Crafting Compelling Content : Develop brand-aligned, captivating content across diverse communication channels for both internal and external campaigns, encompassing conference events, thought leadership pieces, video scripts, and more.
Executive and Internal Communications Support : Collaborate with Client's Social Media team to curate weekly content for the CTIO, while also assisting in directing and coordinating video projects from ideation to execution, including scriptwriting, talent coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
Show Flow and Presentation Creation : Assist in creating show flows and PowerPoint presentations for monthly Technology Town Halls, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Calendar Coordination : Plan and facilitate a communications calendar for the year, aligning Tech Town Halls and other video content with the overall Technology Communication strategy.
Tech Hub Management : Coordinate the Tech Hub, serving as a central repository for all Technology Communications within Client's Technology organization.
Studio Coordination : Arrange studio times for the CTIO and other key leaders within the Technology organization to record video messages for the broader Technology team.
