LOCATION: Fort Myers
TYPE: 90 DAYS CONTRACT
SCHEDULE: 1 pm to 9 pm

Summary:
We are seeking a 90-day temporary to-hire support role to join our HRIS team. The Help Desk Support position will be responsible for assisting employees in using HRIS systems and applications providing guidance to properly record PTO and time and attendance.
Essential duties and Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting errors with the applications
- Provide overall application support to employees
- Guide employees to navigate the Workforce Management system
- Answer inquiries or concerns employees have with the Human Resources Support system
- Assisting with employee schedules and time cards
- Other duties as assigned
- High School and/or equivalent education
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Administrators' experience preferred
- Customer Service Mindset
- UKG Workforce Pro or any time and attendance systems exposure preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Smartphone applications
- Excellent knowledge of iOS and Android OS Systems
- Must be proficient with Excel
- Must be able to speak English and Spanish
- The ability to work and communicate with all levels of Operations and management
