Role Description
This is a varied and highly responsible position playing a pivotal role in fostering a positive and productive work environment by managing relationships between employees and employer. Acts as a mediator, advocate, and advisor, ensuring fair treatment and resolving conflicts to maintain a harmonious workplace culture. Responsibilities encompass handling grievances, providing guidance on employment policies and procedures, promoting open communication between all stakeholders, and implementation of city-wide training programs. This is a full-time on-site role
