We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Automotive Manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with experience in Lean, PMP, PMI, Agile, and APM. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects, setting objectives, and monitoring project progress. This position offers the opportunity to work with a highly motivated and dynamic team.
- Position Overview: The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of our companys projects. This position will involve working closely with team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects, monitor progress, and stay on track for completion
- Set project objectives, develop project plans, and manage risks
- Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to improve processes
- Conduct status meetings with team members and stakeholders
- Analyze project data to evaluate project success and make necessary changes
- Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 5 years of project management experience in the automotive manufacturing industry
- Proficient in Lean, PMP, PMI, Agile, and APM
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
