Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain warranty campaigns for automotive manufacturing products.
- Identify potential issues and develop strategies to address them.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
- Monitor and analyze warranty campaigns to ensure they are successful.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of warranty campaigns.
- Prepare reports on warranty campaigns and present to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Bachelors degree in Automotive Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
- 10 years with warranty management and 3 years in a leadership role
- Automotive manufacturing experience!
- Experience in warranty campaigns and warranty processes.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other applicable software.
