Easy Bites is poised to revolutionize the way college students transition from dorm life to off-campus housing by making cooking simple, budget-friendly, and accessible to all. Our app caters to the unique needs and challenges of college students, making their culinary journey a delightful experience.

The Easy Bites vision is to empower college students everywhere to prepare delicious and nutritious meals effortlessly by leveraging user-provided information to generate customized, low-budget recipes that match the utensils available and accommodate a broad range of specific dietary restrictions or disabilities.

Easy Bites was founded by Dr. Samantha Davis, Professor of Nutrition at TCU and has working software, thanks to the TCU Computer Science Senior Design Project team, and we are looking for a CEO who can lead the commercialization of this nutrition application.

As CEO, you will be responsible for leading and managing Easy Bites. You will work closely with our founder, Dr. Samantha Davis, and advisor Dr. Ed Ipser, to execute our vision and drive our growth. You will be responsible for raising investment funding (or bootstrapping to funding), recruiting the executive team, and bringing Easy Bites to market.

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive growth and revenue.
• Identify new opportunities for expansion and growth and make recommendations to the board.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors and other funding sources.
• Hire and manage a team of talented individuals to help execute our vision.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure that our platform is always improving.
• Represent Easy Bites in public speaking engagements, conferences, and media interviews.
• Analyze market trends and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the nutrition tech space.
• Identify and execute an exit strategy.

• Business degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 years experience in a leadership or management role.
• Good communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Experience in fundraising is a plus.
• Experience in mobile and web technology is a plus.
• Knowledge of nutrition and healthy eating is a plus.

Prior to funding, compensation will be equity only and part-time.

Upon funding, compensation will be a combination of cash and equity to be negotiated.
