Pride Health is hiring for a Phlebotomist to support our client’s medical facility based in , Framingham MA 01702. This is a 3-month assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Responsibilities:

• Draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.
• Has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skilful, safe and accurate manner.
• Performs blood collection by venipuncture and capillary technique from patients of all age groups.
• Performs specimen processing in a safe, accurate, and professional manner.
• Performs order entry; retrieves and verifies patient collection data and patient special notations using appropriate sources.

Education/Requirements:.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 year of phlebotomy experience required.
• Active CPT License prefered.

Job Title: Phlebotomist
Location: Framingham MA
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
Pay Range: $18 to $21/hr

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
