Payment Coordinator
Our client, a major retail company, is seeking a Payment Coordinator to join their team! The Payment Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the payment processes of the organization. This role involves verifying and processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling payments, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Invoice processing
- Payment processing
- Account reconciliation
- Vendor management
- Financial reporting
- Compliance & procedures
- Documentation
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Excel (VLookups, pivot tables)
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
