Job SummaryThe Sales Manager at Pepper Palace plays a pivotal role in driving the store's sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining the brand's high standards. This position involves hands-on management of store operations, team leadership, and a commitment to achieving sales goals, all while ensuring an outstanding experience for every customer.
Duties/ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement:
  • Act as a frontline contact for customer queries, feedback, and service, ensuring every customer experiences the best of Pepper Palace.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge to assist customers with informed recommendations and insights.
  • Address and resolve any customer concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and promoting return visits.
Operational Support
  • Aid the Retail Sales Manager in daily store operations, ensuring tasks like inventory checks, product restocks, and visual merchandising are executed efficiently.
  • Contribute to a welcoming store environment, upholding Pepper Palace's visual and service standards.
  • Engage in sales initiatives, assisting the team in meeting store targets and KPIs.
Team Collaboration
  • Support the Retail Sales Manager in fostering a collaborative and positive team environment.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences, trends, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Assist in training sessions and team meetings as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualification
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 – 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work cohesively with a team and support leadership directives.
  • Familiarity with retail operations and an understanding of store dynamics.
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles.
Travel Requirements
  • 0 - 5% of the time or as business requires.
