A Financial Planning firm is seeking an expert on all things Medicare insurance-related to provide services to their new and existing clients.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Partner with clients to provide detailed answers regarding client files, case updates, and applications
- Prioritize customer problems for the Advisor based on knowledge of products and services
- Document and update client records
- Assess and identify insurance needs of clients
- Effectively sell plans and products to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service, as the face of our business.
- Stay current on new concepts and product offerings,
- Guide consumers through selection and application process
WHY YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON:
- 3 years in a Client Services and or Medicare Specialist role
- Active, valid Michigan health insurance agent license in good standing
- Medicare knowledge required with minimum of one year of Medicare sales and one Annual Enrollment Period preferred.
- Learn and maintain the required product expertise as well as demonstrate thorough knowledge of products and ensure clear and accurate communication of product information with target audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer proficiency, including MS Office
