Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. This position requires expertise in various medical procedures and patient care protocols.

Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Perform patient assessments and collaborate with healthcare team members
- Monitor patient vital signs and assist with medical procedures
- Document patient information accurately in medical records
- Provide education to patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans

Experience:
- Proficiency in tube feeding and neonatal ventilator care
- Skilled in administering injections and managing medical documentation
- Knowledge of durable medical equipment (DME) usage
- Strong background in infection control practices and primary care settings
