Branch Managers (BMs) lead the execution of our business growth strategy to support financial, sales, and operational priorities. Provide leadership, motivation, direction and training to branch team to serve customers profitably, while meeting productivity and profitability goals. Insulation experience a must.

Meet or exceed total sales, net income and asset management targets. Branch Manager optimizes division business performance through people, process and financial leadership excellence. Help all personnel succeed through training, support, and required resources. Execute business development efforts, as part of a team, to grow business, while planning, directing, and coordinating all branch operations to ensure following corporate guidelines and rules. Knowledgeable and current about markets served, customers, vendors and competitors. Provide superior customer service with a world class team. This is a day-to-day operations role is based on site at local branch, reporting to Corporate.

Required Experience

Bachelor’s Degree Business Management or related field or work experience equivalent. Valid Driver’s License, at least 21-years old, 5-10 years’ experience Industry Specific (Construction, Insulation, Trades, etc.), Operations Management, preferably in building materials or construction related industry. Previous ownership of a revenue driven profit center P&L a plus. Previous management of an outside sales force. Ability to manage P&L operation. Experience developing and implementing sales strategies. Demonstrated knowledge with sales and operations experience in new construction installation services industry. Strong communication skills & ability to share information. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Must be available to work overtime and weekends as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
