Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain Workday reporting systems to ensure efficient data management.
- Utilize skills in Workday HRIS and Workday Integration to optimize HR processes.
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making and improve HR operations.
- Create and maintain fields in Workday HCM to ensure accurate data representation.
- Develop and manage HR reporting dashboards to provide clear and concise data visualization.
- Write comprehensive reports using Workday and Microsoft Excel to present data in an understandable manner.
- Employ Ad Hoc Reporting skills to generate custom reports as required.
- Collaborate with the HR team to understand reporting needs and develop appropriate solutions.
- Use Core HR skills to manage and update HR data in the system.
- Resolve any issues related to Workday and HRIS reporting, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS Analysis
- Proficiency in Core HR, HCM, Workday HCM, Workday HRIS, and Workday Integration
- Experience in Ad Hoc Reporting, HRIS reporting, HR reporting, and Reporting Dashboards
- Strong skills in Report Writing, Workday, Data Analysis, and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare, hospitals, and social assistance industry
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- Certifications in HRIS systems, especially Workday, would be an advantage
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in HRIS
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities.
