Sav-Rx is searching for additional Customer Service Representatives to staff its growing call center.
Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers via phone and email to answer questions concerning prescription benefits
• Utilize healthcare information systems to answer inquiries from customers about their prescription benefits
• Follow up and follow through with all customer inquiries
• Maintain performance and quality standards based on established call center metrics including turn-around time

Qualifications:

• A can-do attitude
• Excellent communication skills and attendance
• Typing/Ten Key ability
• Computer experience and ability to learn various in-house programs
• PBM experience not necessary – will train the right person

HOURS:

• Various shifts available
