What You’ll Do:

• Manage portfolio of system hardening projects.
• Ability to coordinate in a weak matrix organization where project managers do not have direct authority.
• Communicate and report out with function work groups via workstream/PMO meetings to identify and resolve project issues and delays.
• Must be willing to travel to the PG&E Rocklin, CA office ~2 times per week under current conditions. Frequent travel to project job sites.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Civil Construction Background [ie: knowledge of production rates, other system hardening construction terminology]
• Utility work experience
• General project management experience

Benefits & Salary:

• This exempt position pays between $110,000 and $120,000 annually, with the possibility of more depending on education years of experience.
• Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.
• Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.
• May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
