REAL ALLOY is the market leader in third-party aluminum recycling and specification alloy production. Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, we have 17 plants strategically located across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. We convert aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. Advanced technologies enable us to process a large variety of scrap and dross and reduce the amount of residual waste from aluminum manufacturing that would otherwise end up as landfill.
Responsibilities:The Production Shift Supervisor at our Friendly, West Virginia Aluminum Recycling facility will be responsible for all plant operations, on assigned shift, for the melting of scrap aluminum raw materials rotary furnaces and the production of molten, sow and milling products.
Qualifications:- Three years supervisory experience in an industrial manufacturing operation.
- Proven ability to function with minimal supervision while also leading others toward project goals.
- Ability to effectively communicate, problem solve and multi-task. Must be able to influence and work effectively with all levels of employees.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Highly motivated, goal oriented, ethical, and challenge driven
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Must possess strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and organizational skills are essential
