Precise Vision is Hiring an Optometric Assistant Near Friendswood, TX
Optometry practice seeks person to assist with administrative duties as well as patient examinations. Primary duties include answering telephone, scheduling appointments, inventory, maintaining patient records, insurance verification, eligibility, and submitting vision/medical claims. Ophthalmic duties include exam room setup, preparation of patients for exam, performing various testing procedures, and contact lens training. Ideal candidate will have outstanding telephone, secretarial, communication and computer skills. Must be reliable, organized, multi-task oriented, energetic and possess a positive, professional attitude.
Willing to train the ideal candidate.
Bilingual preferred but not required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
