Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, friendly, and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanor.

Duties
- Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed
- Demonstrate proficiency in phone etiquette
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service at all times

Skills
- Strong background in hotel management or hospitality
- Excellent guest relations skills
- Experience working at the front desk of a hotel or resort preferred
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus
- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
