Spherion is Hiring a DELIVERY TECHNICIAN Near Fruitland, FL
Spherion Staffing of Lake and Sumter County has an opening for a Delivery Technician located in Fruitland Park. This is a direct-hire position. The schedule is Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, occasional overtime may be needed. The pay rate is $15 to $19 per hour depending on experience. This position offers medical, dental, and vision health insurance options, 401k, and opportunity to earn bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Manage a daily delivery route, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
- Maintain a clean driving record and valid Florida driver's license at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Efficiently load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring the safe handling of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery and any required paperwork.
