Job Description:Assists staff to achieve the daily workload goals including enrollment, collection kit creation,
specimen receipt, processing, aliquoting, triage, shipping and archival.
Maintain and troubleshoot, as needed, all reporting system functions through the daily transfer of
data to sponsor data systems.
Provide workflow analysis to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the operation.
Ensure that service goals are met using audit tools functionality of the UFDiab_SYS database.
Expected Salary:Salary range is between $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Minimum Requirements:Associate's degree in an appropriate area and four years of related experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of related experience. Appropriate college course work or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in laboratory environment highly preferred.Analytical ability to assist in the development of standard operating procedures.
Organizational skills to maintain the flow of laboratory processes.
Strong communication skills.
