Dynamic Sports Construction is a national specialty construction contractor who specializes in athletic flooring and running track installation. We are currently hiring a Bid Specialist to help support our regional sales representatives. You must be team oriented and a motivated professional. Excellent team skills, a strong work ethic, personal accountability, and Microsoft skills are necessary. Additional duties may be required to assist the team and operations of the business as necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Assist regional sales representatives as needed.
• Perform thorough search of online construction project lead services such as Construct Connect and Dodge.
• Submit requests for product substitution to appropriate parties on a timely basis when required.
• Gather and consolidate necessary information on potential projects including takeoffs from site plans and submit information to be estimated.
• Submit proposals and bids to appropriate entities.
• Complete product submittals.

This position requires good time management, the ability to prioritize and work autonomously. Previous experience with bid work and with online construction lead services preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
