Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support to the account’s payables and receivables team. This is a full-time position, or it could start as part-time with the opportunity to progress into full-time, as more office responsibilities are learned. Please be advised before applying, the position is located in a 2nd floor office and physical mobility is required.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Purchase order processing
- General office duties, checking office emails, sorting mail
- Balancing daily reports and deposits
- Maintain office supplies, ensuring they are well-stocked and organized
- Provide clerical support with various administrative projects as assigned
- Follow up with any problematic paperwork
Requirements:
- Must meet drug-free requirements and pass criminal background screening
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently without disruption to the team
- Professional phone etiquette
- Excellent attendance is required
