Duties
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify any issues or malfunctions
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems using logic controllers and other diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
-Perform preventative maintenance tasks
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance procedures and practices
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Experience working with logic controllers for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Electrical skills to perform repairs and installations
