- Inspect, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, PVC, and metal roofs
- Identify and repair leaks, minimizing the damage to customers' properties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns and questions about their roofing system
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, inspections, service logs, and material usage
- Ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members by making sure all safety protocols and regulations are being followed
- Assist in the roofing installation process as needed

We are looking for a Commercial Roofing Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for an experienced roofing professional (commercial or residential) or a seasoned construction worker interested in on-the-job training in the roofing industry.
Our Ideal Commercial Roofing Technician:
- Experienced: at least 2 years of roofing experience (commercial or residential) or 5 years of general construction experience with a strong desire to learn the roofing industry.
- Great Communicator: Must be able to communicate effectively & clearly with customers and coworkers. Sincere, friendly, and able to easily relate to customers.
- Detail-oriented: Strong documentation skills. Ability to keep complete and accurate records of completed work.
- Safety-minded: Clean driving record for the past 3 years. Aware of your surroundings, respectful of our customers' property, and mindful of the safety of our crew.
- Driven: a can-do attitude with a drive to problem solve and get the job done.
- Active: able to bend, kneel, climb a ladder, and lift up to 100 lbs.
- Team Player: Works well in a collaborative setting. Desire to contribute to the team with a strong work ethic.
- $24-$30/h depending on experience
