All Green Electronics Recycling LLC is Hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative Near Garden, CA
As the first voice of the company, the Entry Level Sales Representative will properly identify and address customer needs. This could include personally completing the sale or professionally transitioning the customer to the appropriate group or entity.
General Duties:
Generate Recyclables by making and answering Calls
Professionally answer and greet customers within three rings
Take calls for drop-off site inquiries and convert them to scheduled pickups
Utilize best practices to maximize the quantity of recyclables to be received
Position data destruction as appropriate
Generate Recyclables by Responding to Customer Inquiries (Outbound Calls)
Utilize a first-in, first-out approach without skipping a lead
Utilize best practices to maximize the quantity of recyclables to be received
Properly update and maintain the CRM
Office Functions:
Professionally transfer calls to appropriate groups or entities
Capture and communicate complete messages via e-mail as appropriate
