Floor Care Technician
Position Information: Full Time, day shift working every other weekend

Housekeeping Supervisor
Qualifications
High School diploma. Experience with floor maintenance equipment.
Essential Functions
- Ability to perform cleaning procedures in accordance with facility policy.
- Ability to perform waste disposal procedures in accordance with facility policy.
- Ability to assist in the general cleanliness of buildings.
- Ability to follow oral directions.
- Ability to follow written directions.
- Ability to assist in the proper care and use of janitorial equipment.
- Ability to attend in-service training programs for janitorial employees
- Ability to come to work in a clean, neat uniform.
- Ability to follow Resident's rights policies at all times.
- Ability to follow facility safety program.
- Ability to observe infection control procedures related to the Housekeeping Department.
- Ability to come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrates dependability and punctuality.
- Ability to accept assigned duties in a cooperative manner.
- Ability to assume accountability for data contained in the Staff Handbook.
- Ability to know, understand and exemplify the Mission and Values of Jennings: Respect, Hospitality, Community, Discovery of Potential and Celebration of Life
- Ability to understand and comply with the Corporate Compliance Programs.
- Ability to perform other related duties as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
